To be eligible, a candidate must be a full-time undergraduate student* in a university program leading to a:

• bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business administration with a major in human resources management or a related field.



• certificate leading to bachelor’s degree in the field of human resources management, industrial relations, business administration with a concentration in human resources management or related field.

*	Be registered for at least nine (9) credits at the time of the request and be committed to obtaining a minimum of eighteen (18) credits during the university year. The term “university year” means a period that may include a fall, winter and summer session.
